1 Hour/Week

$150 a month, beginners only

2 Hours/Week

$200 a month, beginners only

$250 a month

$300 a month

$350 a month

To complete registration, all students must sign and return the studio CONTRACT.

Team Membership at NLG

Fill out the contract and email it to next7levelgym@gmail.com if you and the coach have discussed a competitive placement on the team. The spots are limited, and are typically reserved for 6 hours/week students.

Class Schedule 2024/2025

The academic year runs from August 15 to June 30

Katy/Richmond location class schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 5:00-7:00 PM; Wednesday, 4:30-5:30 PM for beginners; Saturday, 2:00-4:00 PM. No classes on Friday.
Weekly schedule for Houston location with morning class on Saturday 10:00-12:00.
